about

Two tracks are from 2021, year of reinvention and diversity, protests and collaboration, anxieties and hopes.
One piece is from 2015, but it hasn't been released on an album yet and one piece is from 2022.

An important instrument in the pieces on this album is the trumpet, or instruments of the trumpet family. It is played with and/or without electronic manipulations.
-Fardos Mojados can partly be seen as a trumpet-cello duo.
-The longer middle section of My one and only...is a complex collage using two well-known ballad standards.
-In Subrerraneum, the ring modulator plays an important role.
-SRF is actually a quartet, but everything is played by Breuss.

All pieces are compositions by Markus Breuss and were produced by him.
